Tired of mass-produced treats filled with artificial flavors, the founders decided to pursue their passion: bringing back the charm of handcrafted, small-batch ice cream. Inspired by their grandmother’s kitchen and their travels across the globe, they began experimenting with unique flavor pairings using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
The name was inspired by those early memories — umbrellas at beaches, street carts, and backyard picnics — symbols of warmth, joy, and togetherness.

Each batch is made by hand, in limited quantities, using fresh ingredients, real fruits, herbs, and spices. No preservatives. No shortcuts.
